January's been pretty good, until the snow last week slowed things up a bit, I only fit what I sell so rarely more than a week or so booked up in advance, just starting to book in early Feb.
Been lucky, a contract we were doing carried over. Its practical completion Friday, so will be finished next week. Got 2-3 weeks in Newcastle in Feb, so looking good so far
Over a week behind with nightmare job, but a couple quotes from last year came in recently. More enquiries this time of year than last.
Still struggling with that one, that would do my head in, get a bit fed up if I'm only on one job a day!!
I'm still doing my Xmas jobs. Got alot on still. Builders work we do keep us going too but money is rubbish for what gets done by Paul.
Half way through 1150m2 of karndean then bouncing straight on to ten 100m2 plots of amtico for the american embassy (all fit only).

not doing bad put in quotes except 1 on 400 sqm cap n cove now had a couple of jobs cancel this month so had more days off than most but hope to bring the cancelled back for feb still waiting on calls on quotes already put in so not brilliant but looking back to last year not bad either
Best start to a year yet agred to 4 months work in dec with another company which we have to complete 8 flats a week in wood ( between 2 of us ) and have 2 other subbies doing my own work currently have work for them both for 11weeks, its frustrating and stressfull trying to organise when doing 12 hour days 40 miles away but cant complain
