    At the minute every jobs a cock up ! The estimater who happens to be the owner hasnt a clue about hard flooring . Its just a joke :mad:

    Yes mate . The bay is an add on and not been done well ! I can see a damp issue riseing . Exuse the pun :rolleyes:

    needs replacing, that can't be patched. Bloody cowboys the concrete looks bloody weak also think the full concrete base needs redoing.
