Further to my post in the "Wood" section, my customer has uplifted his wood floor but unfortunately damaged an area of the asphalt (about a square metre he says). I am going to get this repaired and then use Mapei prim grip and latexplan. I spoke to Mapei technical about how long I should leave the asphalt before going over it and he advised 2/3 weeks to allow for any (forgotten the word) to evaporate but to ask the guys who are doing the repair to advise. The asphalt guy said I could do it more or less straight away. What does anyone else do in this situation. Help please.
I did this floor today - all ok but in one area there was a step in the floor and the screed didn't quite level it. I know I should really use more Mapei but does anyone see a problem if I used Ardex na on this?
And something else..........went back to check just how much the screed needed to be rectified and the Mapei latexplan screed that I did has laitance. Could this have been caused by over spiking and will stoning it down prepare it for lvt?
The best bag & bottle by far. That said , uzin l3 gold moisture control is s@$t hot to !! both flow like a water based compound .
Yup totally agree! NA and L3 gold are the top 2 bag/bottles ive ever used Shame they cant be a tad cheaper, esp the l3 moisture system
