When are these idiots going to learn this is not the costa del sol all fast food resturants kitchens should have safety flooring in them coved and caped not ceramic tiles its not allowed the only ones that can are mcdonalds kfc and bk. Not sure if its mandatory but it should be an looking at those steps I won't by anything from him. Mind you once you've seen BOH in some of these places you tend to give them a wide berth. Got a BOH corridoor to do next week at Heathrow, already seen it and it makes those steps look good this is heathrow ffs, so if you don't want deli belly to ruin your holiday before it starts don't buy a cooked meal at heathrow turst in the name cadburys or mars an pig out on chocolate. I've seen cleaner food prep and circulation areas in 3rd world countries than what I saw BOH the other night really made my stomach turn.
what product do they want to end up with? or they just wanting you to make the flooring they have none slip? I have a product that can turn them tiles none slip but the stairs need replacing. Maybe chip tiles off and make new treads out of 18mm plywood and install new flooring to this (safety flooring)
