    anyone else got a 3D T.v?

I was out yesterday buying a new projector for the training center . Projectors are far from cheap so looked at a few T.v's and found a 47" t.v with 'LAN' Connection so it can log straight into teh new training centers network.

    Well, BONUS !

    SO i purchase and then i realise its a 3D T.V.

Well it is a weekend so be rude not to see if the T.v works at home. I do have full HD and 3D already on my setup.

So i plu it in, next im out buying a film and a DVD player to play 3D.......... what can i say ????? amazing. If you think a IMAX is good then think again. This is far better.
I really can not believe just how good.

:( Downside is i will now have to buy another 3D TV for at home. So if anyone wants to purchase my 'old' (i say old its about 18 months) 46" Samsung with full HD then let me know!

LOL, they had a 3d tv in a pub ?

Did they know that you needed glasses to watch 3d ? also these T.v's play normal tv also. People keep asking me if you have to wear glasses to watch eastenders and the answer is no. It is a normal tv also.

Only problem is the price of the 3D films, and the fact you all have to sit in them silly glasses to watch it. To. Be fair when I was looking for a new tv the other week the 3D smart tvs had the best pictures along with the led backlight. Bit out of my price range! I stuck with the plasma and got a Bose sound system with, well chuffed with it

COD in 3D awsome a mate of mine plays COD in 3D, he's got one of those new LG 3D TV's which converts 2D format into 3D and you wear the same glasses that you get from the cinema not the expensive special ones.
I say stop making all that junk manufacturers and pump the money into making a Hollo Deck like in Star Trek, thas what I'm saving for if they ever do it.
I always wonder what life in a retirement home will be like when I end up in one, cause now the old dears play their bingo and whist drives or bridge nights.
Will we all be on our PC's on facebook and on our PS3's and Xbox's playin COD MW 20 or whatever is out at the time.

£1600 i think it was for a 47". Not bad when you think i payed £2500 for a 46" hd t.v a couple of years ago when they was new out. You can pick up same spec t.v now for about £500 !

PMSL, and a blue movie ???

guess it will react like a TV with a female controlling the remote looking for a 'Friends' of USA next top model etc. My T.V changes channels every 5 seconds.
