What competition are the better ones, based on quality, value, customer service etc. For me it's...

    1) Vusta
    2) Polyflor
    3) mFLOR

    armstrong i think.

might not even be available any more. Used to fit a lot maybe 5 + years ago but was very expensive. Saying that who knows if the quality is still good also.

Well i know Mflor quality is very good as i use it a lot on courses now. Using it side by side with other makes it stands out.

If they (customers) are at the stage where they don't really know what they want and haven't already bought their flooring off the net then there's a chance to persuade them.
I asked a customer yesterday why they chose Amtico and they basically didn't know of any alternatives apart from karndean.

I've got some Armstrong lvt's given to me from when M&S used to have it, quality stuff. Armstrong haven't anymore offices in the UK and all their stuff is done through Gerflor over here.

    1. Mfor - Because made in Germany, had no issues with them and good prices.
    2. Project floors - made in the old Karndean factory in Taiwan, good solid planks so far,
    3. True forest wood planks as cheap as chips and seem ok.

Same as you Dazlight, apart from true forest I use the chene packaging. Tarkett do a decent range and LG hausy are decent too.

Done about 6 floors in the lg. a weird white dusk came off the planks and tiles. A few are good in the planks but a few looked cheap IMO

Matt, Do a product test on Vusta, see what you think.

They seem like a good helpful company. Probably the first LVT manufacturer that hasn't started sweating when I asked for full size samples.

I don't chase company's mate. IF they have a good product they tend to find me and send me some product for testing.

If its good stuff then maybe you can point them my way. End of the day if its good i will give good feedback on the forum. If its crap i will feedback to them personally for them to sort out. I wont announce there product is crap but if they decide not to fix the product and someone on here asks about it i wont lie.

Im not over fussed to be honest mate, i asked them if there product was any good would they supply the training center with some product for people to use on courses but he said he was only interested in what i thought about the product.

Sounded a bit more like they wanted me to spend my time testing it and give them feedback for nothing in return.
