    Would you still use a primer on this floor when using Ardex NA floor levelling compound? Also where would you measure off to find the center line for installing a straight lay LVT.

    That’s a mess. Needs -

    grinding clean
    2 coats of p51 primer , 7-1 coat , then a 3-1 coat

    Also could need a moisture test ? How old is the sub floor ?

    Floor will sanded off with professional floor buffer. It's a new build house. Moisture test already been taken its below the RH recommended.

    Great. Just to get a good bond I would prime it.

    Thanks for the quick response, just wasn't sure as Ardex NA dvatise as no need to prime, but I will certainly prime it. Would you go off the outside opposite to stairs or the stairs to find your line?

    I would work off that and where the rad is.
