Best dust extractor

  1. What are the main common dust extractors commercial fitters are using now adays?

I would love to buy one of the 3 motor dust extractors but I am looking for some smaller at the moment but still up to the job of everyday use of dust including grinding time to time.

I have a budget of £500-£600. A minimum of m class rated and self cleaning.
I was thinking something like the bosch gas 35

    Any recommendations??

I used to have a nilfisk m class rated before I got a 3 motor extractor and that was well up for the job and not as loud as I expected. I'm sure makita have the exact same model with their branding.

Why do you need it rated ? Is it for specific site use ?

  4. yes it's for use on sites. Some require it and some don't so best to have it

If your going to use it regularly, I would honestly recommend a three motor vac. Even a reconditioned one.
They are far better than any of the smaller ones for commercial or continued use work.
If it needs to be rated then, its only a sticker. Maybe you could find such a thing on the net......

I’ve got Makita 447M, works well and handles occasional grinding. Had it years and was £240 reconditioned off eBay
