    Hi all,
First post, I have bought a house that has a tiled Kitchen, Hall and W.C with carpet to the Dining room and Lounge.
There is screed under the carpet.
What is the best way to create a level surface between the screed and tiles approx 12 / 15mm. I want to lay vinyl Karndean korlock / Palio.
    Thanks in advance

Is the concrete clean and damp free. If so you could use timemaster level flex smoothing compound. That goes up to 50mm

TBH I haven’t had the carpet up yet the property is about 10 years old so the screed should be in pretty good condition

Check the existing screed before you screed over top, chances are, it's been screeded by the builders and there are loads of comments on here, that will tell you how bad that can be
