Hi. After some advice regarding a bump in a floor I'm about to screed. The raised part is 30cm diameter approximate, raised about 25mm.
Whats the best way to get rid? I though a heat gun and melt it, scrape off the excess.
    All advice is greatly appreciated.

Could be a tree growing under that.
I’d smash it up with a hammer then rapid repair screed it with a liquid dpm thrown in.

Last time I had that with asphalt I dug out the bulge filled with A46 then 404 dpm over the lot 280 primer and layed uzin reinforcement mesh over the repair before screeding Worked a treat

I think when doing sufloor repairs you definitely have to consider longevity rather than just a quick fix
