After real names for carpetright and Tapi ranges again if anyone can help

Think I’m wasting my time with this one. I Tried to get customer to look through my samples but they insisted on going Look around these muppets.
They also told me they seen 12mm underlay online for £30 bag Alarm bells ringing.
Carpet right ranges =Atlanta Saxony
& Richmond
Tapi Ranges : Casa
Mozart
Vegas

 

Atlanta = stainguard saxony AW product
Richmond = Stainaway twist AW Product
