Wool has better appearance retention it will hold on to its look for longer. It's a natural product. It doesn't show tracking were poly does. Then speak about what it's mixed with poly nylon polyester and the ply of the yarn gauge weight etc Close close close. You don't need to go over the top on the details. Boils down to if you want the carpet to last more than 5 years and your not going to spill something on it every 5 minutes buy wool.
