They have rubber floors, safety flooring, and even luxury vinyl tiles. Which one do you think is worth getting?

LVT is the way to go. Fully stuck down so will be no movement and most things are pretty much heavy commercial so you won't get any problems. Another advantage to this is that you can repair a plank if something gets damaged in the long run - just keep some planks stored away if you ever needed them!
