Latex over old Amtico Tiles

Is there such a thing as a latex that can go over Amtico (or similar) tiles?

Ardex NA will go over anything, without primer, you need a pin roller, it is not the sort of screed you can get on whilst it is drying and scrape off.

 

But a much better idea to get the tiles up first

 

Could have problems screeding over old tiles if the floors not bone dry and depending on what's going over the top
