I have this software the same company that did the the carpet estimator, i have updated my computer and now it wont load, has any one a copy of it i could use to reload, I have been in touch with the guy who I bought it from but he has no access to it any more and the company no longer exists
I am assuming that you have upgraded your PC to Windows 10. If so then I would suggest you reverse the upgrade which you should be able to do by running their back-out process.Then you will probably be able to continue using your estimator software without having to reload from the original disk. The problems this upgrade has caused are quite for reaching and I wouldn't suggest anyone does it without first checking that all their applications are compatible with the upgrade.
