I own a parking lot that I use for pay and park facility. I was thinking of cleaning the lot because of the tire marks and oil leaks. Recently I came to know about a company that provides epoxy floor coatings in Mississauga as epoxy coatings are dirt tolerant. It is necessary to hire their service as my parking area is comparatively big in our locality as I am concerned about how much the prices would go up.
The area is contaminated with oil grime etc.... An epoxy wouldn't take the prep work would be humongous, better to Tarmac it.
chip seal is the same as our liquid tar and chippings but American style. Chip & Fries to be politically correct you know..
